Shipping policy


Netherlands: Standard shipping

Our packages are delivered via PostNL's standard services. This means that the delivery person can choose to deliver the package to the neighbors or to make a new attempt on another day if you are not present during the delivery time. In both cases you will receive a letter from PostNL in your letterbox.

If you are not present during a second delivery attempt and the delivery person has not delivered the package to the neighbors, the package will be delivered to a PostNL collection point in your area. In this case, the delivery person will leave you a note with the address of this specific location

Delivery is € 5.00 or FREE when you spend €30 or more


You may also by appointment pick up at Hesselinkstraat 13, Hardenberg, 7771 WE. You will receive a message from us as soon as your order is ready. If you have not collected the package after 7 days, you will receive a reminder from us by e-mail. Your package is ready for collection for a maximum of 10 days. After 10 days the order will be cancelled.


Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Only unopened products and packaging that are in good and complete condition may be returned. Products that have already been in use or opened packaging cannot be taken back. Returning products is at your own expense.
